Join our team as a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) in Mattoon, Illinois. This travel contract position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, with a day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, working four days a week. As a CSFA, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, supporting surgical teams across various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, neuro, vascular, gynecology, urology, and DaVinci robotic procedures. Candidates must have at least two years of experience, hold an NBSTSA CSFA certification, and possess a valid BLS certification. Strong orthopedic experience is a must, along with proficiency in surgical techniques for various procedures. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, teamwork, and adaptability.
