Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Rochester, New York. This travel/contract position offers a 4x12 night shift schedule with guaranteed 48 hours per week. You'll work every other weekend and provide specialized care to adult, acute care patients requiring continuous pulse-oximetry and telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities include managing airway support, titrated medicated IV infusions, and central line care. Utilize advanced skills such as cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and non-invasive airway management to deliver exceptional care. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and hold a current NY license. Certifications in BLS and NIHSS are mandatory, along with EPIC charting proficiency. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to adapt quickly and provide compassionate care in a multidisciplinary environment.
