We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room team in Johnson City, New York. This position offers a 12-hour evening shift schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. As an RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of patients by providing exceptional care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced surgical environment.Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, educating patients and their families, and adhering to professional nursing standards. You will also manage resources effectively, administer medications, participate in the Clinical Ladder Program, and foster a supportive learning environment for students and new employees. The role may involve duties as a Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator and opportunities for professional development.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RN with 6 months to 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or ambulatory setting, to advance their career in a supportive and innovative environment.
