Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a dynamic surgical team in Rochester, New York. This is a travel/contract position offering a 10-hour evening shift with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The role involves working across 12 service lines, including general surgeries such as gastric bypass, craniotomies, laparoscopic procedures, orthopedic surgeries, and robotic-assisted surgeries using the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System. Candidates must hold a CST certification unless they have prior experience as a surgical tech in New York before 2015. Applicants are required to have at least three years of experience, and first-time travelers will not be accepted. Proficiency in aseptic techniques, decontamination and sterilization processes, and specimen handling is essential. Epic EMR experience is preferred. Call rotation is required, including weekend and holiday shifts. Scrubs will be provided on-site. This position is ideal for highly skilled CSTs looking to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
