Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Potsdam, New York. This position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule with 4 shifts per week and guaranteed 48 hours. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, providing care to a diverse patient population, including adult and pediatric patients. The unit has a 1:5 patient ratio, and you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases, such as trauma, neuro-trauma, respiratory infections, and more. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, and candidates must hold certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC. Proficiency in EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is essential. Preferred qualifications include CPI and TCAR certifications. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
