Title: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) Lancaster, NH

Description

RN MUST HAVE BOTH MED SURG & PCU EXPERIENCE. Please make sure experience for both is listed within work history.

RTO MUST BE LISTED ON SUBMISSION.

This is a 19 to 25 bed Medical-Surgical Unit.
Average 4-6 patients per assignment.

Requirements

- Work History
- 2 years work experience in Med Surg, PCU, IMCU or Stepdown [REQUIRED]
- Meditech EMR Experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Med Surg/Tele or PCU/Stepdown checklist, current within past year [REQUIRED]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
- RTO - please limit to 5 days
