Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon Unit
Patient Ratio:  1:6, typically
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

 

Requirements

MED SURG TRAVELERS MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MS UNIT 
CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER BLOCK SCHEDULING
36hr gt is not available for this need 

• 
  2 years current Medical Surgical experience [Required]
• Telemetry experience required [Required]
• Willingness to float- Required [Required]
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED [Required]
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred] 
• BLS, NIHSS AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD.  Facility will not pend these certifications.  
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Perm address must be included in profile
