• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
• Participates in patient and family teaching
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.  

This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - [Required]
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN [preferred]

After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at facilities discretion

About the Facility
Facility is a 35-bed critical access community hospital located in historical Windsor, Vermont. Facility is one of only two CARF accredited facilities in the State of Vermont!

Windsor, VT is centrally located and close to some of the best outdoor recreation in the area. Downtown Windsor is full quaint shops, iconic diners, and a Smokehouse where you can find the “best bacon in New England”!   The city facility is only a 3-hour drive to cities like Boston, Montreal, and New York!

The hospital features 25 inpatient, medical-surgical beds and a renowned 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Additionally, the hospital has a therapeutic pool and physical therapy department as well as acute care, transitional care, and hospice.
