Description
Requirements:

Active Michigan RN license at the time of submission.

Minimum of 2 years of recent Acute Rehabilitation nursing experience required.

Current BLS certification.

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care coordination skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Role Responsibilities
-
Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical conditions.
-
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
-
Identify and respond to changes in patient conditions.
-
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Provide evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuity of care.
