Submission Requirements

• Local candidates accepted at local rates if residing less than 75 miles from the facility.

• Up-to-date resume required, including:

  • 2+ years of MS/Oncology experience

  • Documented travel nursing experience

• Travel nursing experience required.

• Skills checklist matching specialty (Med Surg / Oncology) required.

• Driver’s license with address matching candidate demographics.

• Current AHA BLS, NIHSS, and Chemo Certification required.

• NURSYS license verification report required with:

  • Active New York RN license

  • All RN licenses

• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.

• EPIC EMR experience required.
