TK Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and urgent care services to incarcerated individuals
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility and legal standards

• NP (Required)
