π POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse, you will play a key leadership role while delivering high-quality patient care and supporting nursing staff during night shift operations.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
Collaborating with providers and healthcare staff
Supporting and assisting nursing team members
Assisting with orientation and training of new staff
Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and organizational policies
Supervising and coordinating patient care activities during assigned shifts
β QUALIFICATIONS
Current, unrestricted RN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check
Pre-employment drug screening required
Previous correctional or similar healthcare experience preferred
