Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room - Travel - (Cardiac - OR - CVOR RN)
StartDate: 6/11/2024 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $3455.51 - $3808.11

Newark OR, Level 1 trauma center, 26 operating rooms, multiple surgical specialties, Must be able to scrub and circulate. Previous agency/travel experience required. Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVOR covers all cardiac, vascular, and TAVR procedures, with occasional floating to general OR. Must be able to Scrub all cases, including complex and emergent procedures. # of Beds: 21-30 Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:1 Charting: Cerner Scrub Color: Hospital-issued scrubs Hours are 0. On-call requirement is 6-8 shifts plus one full weekend per 4-week schedule period. Report time for on-call is 45 mins. Candidates must have 5+years experience in CVOR and previous travel experience. We are unable to accommodate set schedules or set days off. Prefer no or minimal RTO please . Areas of Float Support: Christiana Surgery Center or Wilmington Operating Room Special Procedures: Ortho/Neuro Trauma Age Group of Patient Population Seen/Treated Infant; Pediatric; Adult; Adolescent; Geriatric Airway/Respiratory Needed L&D/Antepartum Needed: Circulate C/S;Scrub C/S; Applicable Airway/Respiratory types of treatment or care/support provided to patients within the unit: Chest Tube Set-up/Care; All Applicable OR/Surgical Service Line : Circulate;ENT;Eyes;General Surgery;Joints - Total;Neuro/Spine;OB-GYN;Ortho;Plastics;Robotic;Scrub;Thoracic;Transplant;Trauma;Vascular;

Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 5. Compact Lic
Must be able to Scrub all cases, including complex and emergent procedures.
Travel Exp
BLS
5 years CVOR experience and travel required, ortho/neuro experience
Cardio/Thoracic
Trauma Center OR exp
Level 1 Trauma Facility
