Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2535.00 - $2692.00

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, aides, therapists, and social workers, delivering care for post-surgical, chronic, and rehabilitative needs. The facility serves Salem and surrounding counties, with services such as diabetes management, COPD support, fall reduction, and therapy. You should have a current nursing license, home health experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient education is recommended.
