Registered Nurse, OR
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; BLS; CERT-NBSTSA- CST
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST or NCCT. NRST is not accepted.
