Registered Nurse, Psych, Chemical Dependency
Experience: 2 years
RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

nursing degree must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE
copy of current drivers license
RTO upfron max 7 days not within 1st two weeks of assignment
dates must match posted order
block shifts are not an option and cannot be requested
