You must hold an active registered nurse (RN) license, have at least 1 year of recent NICU experience, and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Strong assessment skills, adaptability in high-acuity settings, and compassionate communication are valued in this role.
