Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-CA Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history References: 2 References in entire work history License in hand
COVID vaccinated

Facility Location
