Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room - Travel - (OR RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2131.00 - $2263.00

Department Specific Job Functions: -Complete patient assessment reflecting patient condition and document data in EPIC. -Recognize normal and abnormal findings and notifies physician appropriately. -Establish plan of case for patient and set goals. -Establish IV on patients over 8 years old and practices 5 rights for made action administration for all patients. -Participate in time out process with OR RN.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR
SSN Required
DOB Required

NIHSS (RNs Only)
EPIC Experience (RNs Only)
5 Years of Experience and NBTSA-CST is REQUIRED (STs Only)

Preferred Qualifications
BSN (RNs Only)
