StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2443.00 - $2594.00

How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M-F 8-5 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? No 6. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? No 7. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home health 8. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Lewiston, Auburn, Minot, Mechanic Falls, Poland, Durham, Lisbon - If productivity is not met there will be additional travel to other towns in the care centers territory. 9.
