Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2375.00 - $2521.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in Jacksonville, FL offer a 13-week assignment with Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, complete 5-6 visits per day, and document using OASIS. Required qualifications include a current Florida RN license and prior home health experience. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families. You will travel within Jacksonville, FL and receive mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.
