The Buffalo River is the nation's first national river and contains over 60 species of fish in its 135 miles. Outdoors fans will want to take advantage of Harrison's beautiful hiking and camping options, such as the scenic Hemmed-in-Hollow Falls, the tallest waterfall between the Rockies and the Appalachian Mountains.
