Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room - Travel - (OR RN)
StartDate: 4/27/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2036.00 - $2162.00

Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required. Job Summary: -Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. -Ensures safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients. -Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses. -Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team. -Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. -Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy. -Identifies and meets patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care. -Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel. -Completes patient population/age-specific/procedure and protocol education and competency testing per unit standards.

Registered Nurse, OR
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
