Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2176.00 - $2311.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in San Diego North County, CA are available for 13-week assignments with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts. You must have a current California RN license and home health experience. Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes, performing wound care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families. You will visit 6 patients per day, 30 per week, and document care using Homecare Homebase EMR. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate[1]?[2].
