Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD
Experience: 3 years
Licenses: RN-OR(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

MUST Float to Med/Surg. Typical Ratio is 1:4 (Usually Less)

Preferred Qualifications
