POSITION SUMMARY: RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES: DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: RN

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5+ years acute care experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center, BSN

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours, Day shift, must have flexibility

SYSTEMS: EPIC

START DATE: 7/7/26
