Innovative care teams deliver optimal care to their patients at this cutting-edge facility. You can expect to work on complex cases with a driven team of passionate Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) professionals, utilizing the best patient care models.

About the Facility
Dedicated to providing high quality healthcare and adding to its list of accolades, this facility is recognized as a Top Performer for Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission, and has accreditation for acute care as well as Primary Stroke Center Certification. Located in Sanford Florida, it offers the only full-service cardiac program in the county. Experienced staff offers a wide-range of quality health care services including cancer, cardiac, cardiopulmonary, maternity, sleep disorder, and spine care.

Facility Location
Sanford is located in the central region of Florida and used to be home to various Indian tribes who inhabited the shores of Lake Monroe. Orange Groves and agriculture dominated Sanford’s economy until the early 1940’s when it was later deemed cheaper to cultivate in southern Florida as it was a frost-free zone. Today Sanford offers such attractions as the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens and is also the place where naval aviators go for their operational training.
