You will work with advanced technology and a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care. To qualify, you need an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least two years of recent cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include strong communication, critical thinking, and familiarity with cardiovascular protocols and infection prevention.
