Required qualifications include a current Tennessee or Compact RN license, at least one year of recent emergency department nursing experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, crisis management, and teamwork. Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; PALS-AHA; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if RN is not yet certified



Preferred Qualifications
TNCC must be obtained by RN within 90 days of start if not yet certified
