Travel RN ICU Float Pool job in Hampton, VA: The facility offers a dynamic float pool for ICU and intermediate care (IMC) areas, serving diverse patient populations and critical care needs where NP ratios are typically 1:2-4. You must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience within the last 3 years. Proficiency in advanced life support, critical care pharmacology, and hemodynamic monitoring is required. You should be skilled in managing complex medical equipment and technology, and able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across multiple departments.
