StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2285.00 - $2403.00

Travel RN Home Health jobs in Myrtle Beach, SC are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, covering 40 hours per week and visiting 5-6 patients daily. You must have a current South Carolina RN license and home health experience. Documentation is completed using Homecare Home Base. Your responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, administering medications, performing wound care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans. You will educate patients and families, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals 1.
