Manager, Clinical Resource / Case Management
StartDate: 11/16/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00

POSITION SUMMARY – Manager, Clinical Resource / Case Management

POSITION DUTIES – Responsible for the day to day operations and clinical management of the Case Management, Utilization Review and Social Work, with a secondary focus on the Clinical Documentation team. Oversee functions of the Clinical Resource Department as they pertain to discharge planning, utilization management, and care coordination/high risk patient process while maintaining the integrity of daily operations. Responsible for developing and conducting ongoing education and process improvement for CM/SW staff. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• MA RN license
• Bachelor-level degree in Nursing
• 3 years acute care experience within the past 5 years with broad clinical experience in a hospital setting or case management
• 2 years experience in process improvement
• 5+ years Case Management experience in an acute setting
• Experience in development and presentation of professional continuing education programs
• Knowledge of CMS regulations
• Excellent computer skills – familiarity with Windows based software programs
• Organizational, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• Masters Degree 
• Certification in Case Management or Clinical Documentation Integrity
• Management/supervisory experience 

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 40 hrs, 8x5 days
