Gross Weekly Rate: $4400.00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the MedSurg unit, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations for nursing and support staff.
• Develop departmental plans aligned with organizational priorities and clinical objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Trinity Health policies and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment through effective communication and authentic leadership.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan for long-term patient care needs.
• Drive outcomes through daily management of resources and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN New York Licensure.
• A minimum of 3 years of manager experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), prior leadership experience, and relevant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license (if required by assignment).
