Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Monitor and maintain competency standards among clinical staff
Contribute to appropriate resource management related to patient care at the unit level

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Operating Room clinical experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in scrub and/or circulator roles within the OR
Familiarity with surgical workflows and perioperative care standards
