Contract | Full-Time | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 8-Hour Shifts | Expected 40 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in a rehabilitation setting
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery goals
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe functional mobility

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
Familiarity with functional mobility and restorative therapy techniques
