Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | 4x10s, Days | Monday–Thursday, 8:15 AM–6:00 PM | No weekends | No on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a rehabilitation patient population
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs with a focus on outpatient and neurological rehabilitation
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (please include license or current status with submission)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience with outpatient and neuro experience
• Expected 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Neurological physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
