Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
