Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience in a Level I, II, or III Trauma Center
• Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS
• CPI certification required (may be obtained on-site within 30 days of start)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Active driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in high-volume or Level I Trauma Center environments
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergent situations
