Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (expected 32 hours during holiday weeks; expected 24 hours during Thanksgiving week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Complete all required facility credentialing documentation prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required prior to start date
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Must be available for an ASAP start date
• Must adhere to a 30-day notice policy at end of assignment
• Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility must have been separated for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible for a travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Experience working within outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
