Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve patient quality of life following injury or disease
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Consider patient gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs when delivering care
• Maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude toward patients while exercising sound clinical judgment
• Maintain current BLS certification and adhere to all applicable practice standards

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a professional physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Montana
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible (in-state travelers under 250 miles will not be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Prior experience in an Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations across age groups and cultural backgrounds
