Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an acute rehabilitation setting to restore function and improve quality of life
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts with occasional Saturday availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team-based care models
