Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 18-bed Emergency Department with an additional 10 hall beds, maintaining a 5:1 patient ratio
• Perform emergency room clinical skills and procedures consistent with an acute care ED setting
• Document patient care accurately using the Expanse documentation system
• Operate GE equipment in accordance with unit protocols and standards
• Float to other units as required per facility floating policy
• Uphold patient experience standards and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• TNCC and CPI certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Familiarity with Expanse electronic health record documentation system
• Experience with GE clinical equipment
