Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and discharge planning in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
• Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and regulatory standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — must be valid and in good standing; Tennessee licensure or eligibility required
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Experience in an acute care or inpatient hospital setting
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
