Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (reduced hours expected during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Complete facility-specific credentialing documentation as required prior to assignment start
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure may be accepted at start, however a permanent Maryland license must be obtained as soon as possible
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Must be available for an ASAP start date
• Must comply with a 30-day notice policy at end of assignment
• Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility must have been separated for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible for a travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
