Travel Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 26 Weeks | Expected schedule includes every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with Interventional Radiology procedures including Neuro Interventional procedures
• Operate and utilize GE imaging equipment and document patient care using the Maclab EMR system
• Participate in on-call coverage after hours Monday through Friday as required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs and Radiology Technologists within a 6-bed unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience — candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Ability to commit to a 26-week travel contract
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on Interventional Radiology procedure experience
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and/or Maclab EMR
• Experience with Neuro Interventional procedures
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment
