Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Lakewood, CA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Shared standby rotation including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a radiology/cardiology setting
• Participate in shared standby coverage with one other technologist, including every other weekend rotation
• Accurately document and maintain patient records using EPIC
• Complete required onboarding modules during orientation as assigned
• Adhere to facility compliance standards and departmental protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid California State License required and must be in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted)
• All required certifications must be in-hand at time of application
• EPIC experience required; must be documented in work history
• Two (2) supervisor references required at time of application
• No background hits accepted
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a radiology or cardiology nuclear medicine setting
• Familiarity with travel assignment compliance requirements and expectations
• Flexibility with scheduling and standby/on-call responsibilities
