Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge planning in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon arrival at facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
Strong documentation and time management skills
