Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00–19:00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient information, progress, and care interventions in the medical record
• Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and onboarding requirements as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Previous Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to complete all required onboarding core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documentation must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
