Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures using GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 equipment with an expected patient volume of approximately 9 patients per shift
• Work collaboratively alongside a Tech Aide or fellow MRI Technologist — solo coverage is not expected
• Provide call coverage after midnight as needed per departmental protocol
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation within the facility's electronic systems
• Adhere to all departmental scheduling requirements, including availability for weekend and evening shifts
• Be available to work at least one holiday block as scheduled (e.g., Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day periods, including associated weekends)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current, hands-on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) experience
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) Certification — Required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification — Required
• GE MRI equipment experience — Required
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and take call as needed
• Must possess a personal vehicle for transportation
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health records system
• Familiarity with high-volume, acute care imaging environments
• Strong adaptability to night shift workflows and call-based scheduling
