Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with swallowing and communication disorders in an inpatient setting
• Manage a caseload averaging 300–330 minutes for SLP-specific cases
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Innova Health charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Adhere to facility dress code standards (business professional or clean/professional scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota SLP license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience or clinical training in dysphagia and communication disorders
• Ability to start within 2–3 weeks of offer acceptance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as an SLP (new graduates will be considered)
• Prior experience in an inpatient or acute care setting
• Familiarity with Innova Health or similar electronic health record systems
